Much of a shoot's quality is decided before we arrive. These are the points we review with every hotel during pre-production.
Two weeks before
- Maintenance: blown bulbs, paint, upholstery and landscaping
- Rooms and spaces blocked by time slot
- Menu and chef confirmed for the food session
- One hotel contact person for the day
The day before
- Fresh linens and amenities in the rooms being photographed
- Temporary signage, cables and personal items removed
- Pool and water features cleaned
- Flowers and styling to the agreed palette
During production
We work to an hourly plan. If a space has guests, we re-order the day without losing it. What matters is that operations always know where we are and what we need.
When a project is confirmed, we send you this checklist adapted to your property together with the production plan.
